Created landing pages, marketing emails, mockups for site tweaks and banner ad campaigns and managed approval process between US and UK. Produced marketing calendars with marketing team and distributed to US and UK team to create synergy across all retail channels. Managed all special projects across US, UK and outside agencies; including devising timelines; providing direction and assets to appropriate vendor and managing approval process throughout (i.e. Art of the Trench, mini-sites, trunk shows, catalogue overhaul, etc.). Supervised site redesign; liaising with all third parties and merchants to ensure all deadlines were met for launch dates and coordinating approvals between US, UK and creative agency. Monitored all aspects of site functionality and made recommendations to ensure that site was in line with branding goals or “best of class”. Utilized catalogue, promo and content management systems to modify site as needed.
